A few words about our Company
The tradition of our Company dates back in 1987 when the first form came into being connected with building houses and ofcourse strict real estate work.
Nowadays we deal on the real estate market and advise our Clients, sometimes coming from outside of Poland, on present situation on the market.
Our Company has been one of the publishers of the first coloured real estate magazine Polska Giełda Nieruchomości which was founded in 1994. Also we helped to establish another real estate magazine, the local edition: Inwestuj w Nieruchomości.
Our Company is also one of the founders of the Local Real Estate Association: Bielsko-Częstochowsko-Katowickie Stowarzyszenie Pośredników w Obrocie Nieruchomościami, and also is a part of the Polish Federation of the Realestate Market.In 1996 our Company once again begun to consolidate the local real estate market and to better the work of Local Agents together with 12 other Agencies made a new organization Konsorcjum Agencji Nieruchomości KAN Katowice.
Our Company works with the best Notary Offices giving our Clients the highest safety to their transactions.
From the begginning of 1998 we were hoping to help in creating the Polish branch of FIABCI-an international organization of people connected with the real estate market in any way. Working with the Clients coming from all Poland and abroad, assisting in selling the properties of different privatized Companys, or giving advice on investing in real estate our Agency has gained the position of a Company well known, liked and recomended. Our Agents give their best in what they do and will try to fullfill the highest standards.
Year after year, on the list of commercial Agents printed in Warsaw Bussiness Journal-Polish Edition, we have made it there as one of the few Agencies from the South of Poland.
